All of our professional Guides have been trained by the AMGA and  have the credibility, experience and knowledge to guide you in this vast alpine arena compiled of 14,000' spires, lichen streaked granite and endless splitters. Technical SKILLS courses

Looking to take your climbing to the next level but want to make sure you have the right systems in place? Schedule a day out with one of our certified AMGA Instructors to show you the necessary skills needed to climb safely and efficiently outdoors. We offer anchor building courses, rappelling, self rescue, lead, gear placement and much more. 


Customized G2C (Gym 2 Crag) Programs

Our G2C program focuses on bridging the gap from gym to crag with indoor technical clinics including knots & hitches, anchor building and rappelling followed by a guided rock climbing trip outdoors with an emphasis on safety and efficiency with certified AMGA Rock & Single Pitch Instructors. All G2C programs are currently facilitated at our partner gym Vertical Hold, in San Diego CA. Golden State Guiding Apprenticeship Program


Our apprenticeship program was designed to give aspiring guides time in the field with clients under supervision as per the AMGA SOP (Scope of Practice). Aspiring guides must have taken an AMGA Single Pitch Instructor course to be eligible for the apprenticeship program.
